ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

The purpose of this qualification is to prepare students to operate as an electrician.

Electricians install, test, connect, commission, maintain and alter/repair electrical equipment, wiring and control systems.

  • Processes of testing and inspecting of electrical equipment, control systems and installations,

  • Processes of commissioning electrical installations and control systems,
    NQF Level 4, 15 Credits.
  • Maintenance processes for electrical installations and control systems,
