Quality Policy statement:

. Quality False Bay TVET College is committed to providing quality education and
training within the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) sector to
meet the evolving skills needs of South Africa.

We commit to consistently meeting and, where possible, exceeding the needs
and expectations of our stakeholders by complying with applicable statutory,
regulatory, and customer requirements—both stated and implied.
The College is dedicated to the effective implementation, maintenance, and
continual improvement of its Quality Management System, in alignment with
ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We recognise that the development and empowerment of our staff are essential
to achieving our strategic goals. Active participation and engagement across all
levels of the organisation are encouraged, supported by clear and effective
internal and external communication.

As the Principal of False Bay TVET College, I fully endorse this Quality Policy
and affirm my commitment to ensuring that it is communicated, understood,
implemented, and maintained throughout the College.
