Quality Policy statement:
False Bay TVET College will provide education and training in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training sector to meet the skills needs of South Africa, taking into consideration all the requirements, stated or not.
We are committed to the provision and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in order to achieve and exceed the expectations of our customers. We will achieve this through the participation of everyone in the College as well as through effective communication, both internally and externally.
We realize the need to develop our staff in order to fulfill our priorities.
The False Bay College Senior Management endorse this policy statement and are committed to ensure that it is communicated and that everyone in the College understands the importance of meeting customer requirements, as well as that of the Quality Management System.
ABOUT THE COLLEGE
As a TVET institution, False Bay TVET College regards its Quality Management System as critically important. Students who register at the College and employers who offer opportunities to the College Alumni can be assured that the standard of service is supported by an effective Quality Management System.
Having implemented this Quality Management System, FBC has achieved its goal of establishing a quality culture as an integral and necessary part of the institution. In this way we have managed to address two objectives:
- Identifying and meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and other interested parties in an effective and efficient manner
- Achieving, maintaining and improving overall organisational performance and capabilities
