FALSE BAY TVET COLLEGE – APPOINTMENT OF A TRAVEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO PROVIDE TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO FALSE BAY TVET COLLEGE FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS
Description of Tender
1. Documents available during working hours as from 04th December 2024 to 12th December 2024, thereafter documents are available from 13th January 2025.
2. A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 is payable for the electronic tender document. Please request banking details to purchase a Tender Document from our email address tenders@falsebay.org.za. Documents will be provided once we receive proof of payment.
3. Queries to the issue of bid documents FBC T6/2024 may be addressed to Supply Chain Management by emailing tenders@falsebay.org.za.
4. The closing time for the receipt of tender FBC T6/2024 is 11:00 on 28th January 2025.
5. Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted.
6. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation issued.
7. The college reserves the right not to award the bid whole/part.
