Description of Tender
1. Documents available during working hours as from 27th March 2025.
2. Queries to the issue of bid documents FBC T2/2025 R may be addressed to Supply Chain Management by emailing tenders@falsebay.org.za. Bidders who have purchased the previous tender document of FBC T2/2025 will not be required to purchase this tender FBC T2/2025 R.
3. The closing time for the receipt of tender FBC T2/2025 R is 11:00 on 16th April 2025.
4. Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted.
5. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation issued.

In order to ensure transparency and a competitive process, False Bay TVET College invites all prospective suppliers and service providers to apply for registration on the False Bay TVET College database, to be used by the Supply Chain Management department to procure various commodities and services.
The purpose of this database is to give all prospective suppliers an equal opportunity to submit quotations.
False Bay TVET College is committed to the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000 (Act .No 5 of 2000) and its Regulation 2022; the Public Finance Management Act 29 of 1999; and the Supply Chain Management Framework Act.
Existing registered service providers are requested to update their company details annually.

- Blacklisted companies appearing on the National Treasury database and that are prohibited from conducting business with public entities, shall not be considered.
- Responding to this invitation does not mean an automatic registration with False Bay TVET College.
- Only ORIGINAL registration forms will be accepted. It is imperative that suppliers read the application carefully, complete it in full, sign it and attach the required documentation.
