Description of Tender
1. Queries to the issue of bid documents FBC T7/2025 may be addressed to Supply Chain Management by emailing tenders@falsebay.org.za.
2. Please request banking details to purchase a Tender Document from our email address tenders@falsebay.org.za. Documents will be provided once we receive proof of payment.
3. A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 payable via EFT, proof of deposit is required before the electronic documents are emailed to you.
4. Bids has an Evaluation criteria: A tenderer will be disqualified if it fails to meet the minimum threshold of 70% on functionality. The applicable preference point system for this tender is the 80/20 preference point system.
5. Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted.
6. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation issued.
7. Please note that False Bay TVET College reserves the right to award in whole or in part/to not the lowest bid received.

In order to ensure transparency and a competitive process, False Bay TVET College invites all prospective suppliers and service providers to apply for registration on the False Bay TVET College database, to be used by the Supply Chain Management department to procure various commodities and services.
The purpose of this database is to give all prospective suppliers an equal opportunity to submit quotations.
False Bay TVET College is committed to the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000 (Act .No 5 of 2000) and its Regulation 2022; the Public Finance Management Act 29 of 1999; and the Supply Chain Management Framework Act.

- Blacklisted companies appearing on the National Treasury database and that are prohibited from conducting business with public entities, shall not be considered.
- Responding to this invitation does not mean an automatic registration with False Bay TVET College.
- Only ORIGINAL registration forms will be accepted. It is imperative that suppliers read the application carefully, complete it in full, sign it and attach the required documentation.
