What is measured can be managed.  Registered nurses were on site to take Cholesterol, Glucose and Blood Pressure readings after Body Mass Index calculations were completed.

ABSA was onsite to inform staff of healthier spending and budgeting solutions along with Old Mutual to inform staff about creating a healthy life investment portfolio.

For the finer things in life, AVON brought a sample of new products available while Bonita’s and Gems were available to address any medical aid queries.
For the fitness enthusiasts, the Fish Hoek Programme included a special training session with a Herbal Life fitness coach, while a Zone Fitness Instructor got the endorphins pumping at the Khayelitsha Campus Wellness Day.

A 360 degree look at Wellness, staff enjoyed the healthy snacks and a goody bag with items to compliment the Wellness Day theme.
For a little fun, staff were invited to come dresses as a Legend, to stand a chance at winning a prize. Open to interpretation, Magda Williams from Central Office, came dressed as Winnie Mandela and Tina Damstra of Fish Hoek Campus came dressed a Cleopatra. Congratulations Ladies!
