False Bay College (FBC) Westlake Campus proudly celebrated their first MOT graduation ceremony following the successful implementation of the programme which saw 90 students graduate, with all level 4 students achieving completion.

Ms Wanda Möller from MOT, Mrs Melanie Vermaak (FBC Academic Head: NC(V) and Nated Programmes) and Mr Daniel Meyer, campus head of Westlake Campus, congratulated the students and wished them well for the future.

They also expressed how proud they were about the students’ achievements.

Elroy Duckitt from MOT SA addressed the students, delivering a donation of 33 soccer jerseys and 30 bibs to the college.

“It was a rewarding experience interacting with level 4 students and having additional facilitators offering different perspectives on their approach to activities in the sessions.
I believe that we made a contribution to the lifelong learning of the students and that the MOT sessions experienced by the students would serve as a crossroads in their lives and assist in making better life choices.”
