False Bay TVET College Quality Policy statement:
 
False Bay TVET College will provide education and training in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training sector to meet the skills needs of South Africa, taking into consideration all the requirements, stated or not.
 
We are committed to the provision and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in order to achieve and exceed the expectations of our customers. We will achieve this through the participation of everyone in the College as well as through effective communication, both internally and externally.
 
We realize the need to develop our staff in order to fulfil our priorities.
 
As Principal and CEO of False Bay TVET College, I endorse this policy statement and am committed to ensure that it is communicated and that everyone in the College understands the importance of meeting customer requirements, as well as that of the Quality Management System.

As a TVET institution, False Bay TVET College regards its Quality Management System as being of critical importance. Students who register at FBC or any of its campuses, and employers who offer opportunities to FBC alumni, can rest assured that we offer a recognised standard of service supported by an effective quality system.
Having implemented this Quality Management System, FBC has achieved its goal of establishing a quality culture as an integral and necessary part of the institution. In this way we have managed to address two objectives:
  • Identifying and meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and other interested parties in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Achieving, maintaining and improving overall organisational performance and capabilities.
